Spring is the Season of Detox
With the arrival of warmth, spring becomes a season for detoxification, as the body naturally releases unnecessary elements accumulated during winter.
By giving your digestive system a break with minimal food intake and enhancing the body’s detox functions through traditional yoga movements and breathing techniques, you will experience a deep sense of physical and mental refreshment.
This workshop will help you cultivate your inner strength and revitalize your body’s natural healing abilities.
Beginners in yoga and those concerned about fasting are also welcome.
This is a well-established workshop that has been offered for over 30 years at Tomonaga Yoga Institute, ensuring a safe and supportive experience.
The workshop will be led by Tomoko Toyama, an experienced instructor who has been guiding yoga fasting sessions for many years.
